Shipping policy
What is the delivery time and cost?
Our shipping fees (which will appear during the purchasing process and in your order confirmation) are as follows:
European Union: 7 EUR
Outside the European Union: 10 EUR
Australia & New Zeeland: 25 EUR
We do not ship to the United States, Canada, or Monaco.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 within the European Union only.
gamin gamine. will not cover the costs of taxes and customs duties specific to each country, which will be paid by the buyer.
Please note that your orders are sent from the Netherlands. Once we have prepared your lovely order with care, you will receive your order within approximately 5 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
What carriers are used for deliveries?
Deliveries are made by DPD (orders are sent from the Netherlands). Note: for delivery in France, CHRONOPOST takes over from DPD in certain cities. For Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, it is the local Dutch post: POST NL. You can track your order on the local website of the postal service in your country.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your parcel. Feel free to contact our team if needed: hello@gaminetgamine.com.
What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you can check the tracking information. If you do not receive your parcel, contact the carrier for an update. Feel free to contact us for any assistance: hello@gaminetgamine.com.
My parcel is marked as delivered but I have not received anything
Sometimes you may be notified a day in advance of the parcel's arrival when it actually arrives the next day. If you have not received it the next day, you can contact customer service at hello@gaminetgamine.com. We will open an investigation with the chosen carrier to provide you with a solution.
My order is being returned to sender
If you receive a notification from the carrier indicating the return to sender of your parcel, we can proceed with its reshipment upon receipt of your parcel at our office. To do so, please send us an email at hello@gaminetgamine.com indicating the desired return address. If you prefer a refund for the order, please also mention it in the email.
Can I modify my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can update the address on your account. If the order is already being processed, contact our Customer Service to make the change. However, in the latter case, we cannot guarantee that the change will be processed in time.
Do you make international deliveries?
We deliver throughout Europe. If at the time of ordering, your country of residence is not
listed, or if you would like more information on our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
RETURN POLICY
You can return any garment purchased at GAMIN.GAMINE. within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:
1. Use our returns portal. To do this, you will need your order number and email address.
If you live in France: you can generate a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. If you request a store credit, the returns costs are free of charge.
If you live outside France: please send your order to the following address: AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER, Frederik Hendrikplein 1A, 2582 AT Den Haag, The Netherlands.
Store credits are not available.
2. You will receive your refund or store credit within a maximum of 14 days from the date you dispatched your parcel.
Refunds will be made to the same card used when placing your order.
We will not accept returns of garments that have been washed and/or used in any way, or manipulated beyond a mere verification.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature and characteristics.
In case of return by mistake on your end or because you simply don’t like it, you will have to pay the shipping costs to the addresses indicated above. GAMIN.GAMINE. is in no case responsible for the product you return if it is lost in shipping or damaged during it, but you can always email us and we will discuss a solution.
If by mistake we send you a product other than the one you requested, or the garments we send you are damaged (before shipping), follow the steps above, and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost. In these cases, GAMIN.GAMINE. will bear the shipping costs to the address indicated above.
If you ordered the wrong size, you would have to return the order by the procedure indicated, and we will send you the right size within the limit of the stock available.
There shall be no right of withdrawal if there are any of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal established in the applicable regulations.
